Terms and conditions:
- All offered eBooks for Secondary and Higher education are available only in English Language
- All payments required in advance through Wire Transfer or Bank draft in favour of Ocean Media Private Limited, payable at New Delhi. Banking details can be provided. The list of titles should be clearly mentioned while placing the purchase order.
- The name, contact details, designation and complete address of the competent authority should be mentioned clearly on the purchase order for the License purpose if the orders are placed by any organisation.
- Complete set of all the ordered e-books will be provided in High Quality External Portable Hard Drive
- To the individual buyers the e-books will be supplied in the CDs / DVDs
- Ocean Media will issue a Single User License to the individual and Multiple User License to the organisation.
- All ordered e-books will be supplied in High Quality External Portable Hard Drive of standard company. No shipping charges applicable.
- The ordered titles will be supplied within 45 days after the receipt of the advance payments and confirmed purchase order with the list of titles.
- The individual buyer will receive the perpetual lifetime access to the ordered titlesfor single user.
- The organisation will receive the perpetual lifetime access to the ordered titlesfor multiple users within their campus.
- Any complaint regarding the purchased e-books will be entertained by Ocean Media only within fifteen days after the receipt of the same by the buyer.
- No Purchase Order can be cancelled once placed.
